With a style firmly rooted in the rich traditions of the American South, we continuously amaze our guests with original home-spun culinary creations, such as the famous Carolina Egg Roll. Whether on the road at fairs and festivals, at a Food Truck event, or catering slow-smoked BBQ at a Pig Pickin' or formal white tablecloth events, our exuberant, approachable cooking style and passion for good eats comes to life in everything we do.
Although menus vary according to event, here are just a few our specialties:
- Carolina Egg Roll a unique gastronomic experience of collard greens, pulled pork and black- eyed peas, neatly wrapped and deep fried into a crunchy bundle of Southern goodness
- Texas Egg Roll beef brisket and Carolina fried rice
- Mac & Cheese Egg Roll creamy mac & cheese, just like mom used to make, inside a perfectly fried egg roll
- Po Boy Sandwiches topped with our famous Remaulade Sauce
- Shrimp-Oyster-Salmon or Pulled Pork Tacos including homemade Pico de Gallo
- Beef Tenderloin Sandwich Beef Tenderloin cooked medium rare, sliced thin, placed on a bed of greens and topped with a Horseradish Aioli
